As a biologist I use a scientific approach and apply it in management situations. I have learnt to keenly observe and analyze the facts before drawing conclusions. I am trained to look at complex systems in an integrated way- this view helps me to find and propose holistic management solutions and to keep a broad perspective in challenging business situations.
I am an expert in defining the basic elements of a business situation and getting to the point. My strength is that I can rapidly find out what is going wrong in processes or teams and define effective measures to fix the issues. These “troubleshooter” qualities are especially useful in sensitive business and crisis situations.
I have a reputation for bringing structure and clarity in both strategy and processes. As a solid sounding board, I think with the leader through the actual business situation and help them to take the right decisions. I help my clients to maintain a constructive overview and apply good structure and process. Younger leaders I help become professional managers of change.
