Spirals and turning points in life – my motivation for consulting and coaching
I see life and business moving in spirals - and it is great to be in a spiral which is positively growing! Spirals have always fascinated me since my childhood and today I know why I like them: they are a universal symbol for evolution, new space, dynamic growth, expansion of consciousness.
The most interesting- but also challenging- part in our business and life comes at the “turning points” of the spirals we are in: where the step into the unknown, the move into a new space is required. Arriving at these turning points, we “know” that we need to change something- in business, in our interaction with others, in our personal life. But what, how and in which direction should we head?
As consultant, mentor and coach, I bring in all my experience, energy and empathy to help leaders, teams and organizations to make new steps (“nusteps”!) into the positive spiral. I support clients to navigate through change and to find new solutions for their goals – in business and personal life. During the “chaos” of change, I am the solid sounding board. I encourage and accompany leaders to develop new ways of thinking and behavior. Higher consciousness, unfolding new potential and personal growth are the “pearls” out of this process!
